This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) explains the shipping practices of Aquavra (“we,” “our,” “us”) for all orders placed through our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Shipping Locations

Aquavra ships products worldwide. Availability of products, delivery times, and shipping options may vary by destination.


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Processing times may be longer during promotional periods or due to high demand.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where applicable.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by location and shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows (from the date of dispatch):

- Africa: 5–12 business days

- Europe: 7–20 business days

- North America: 10–25 business days

- Other international destinations: 12–30 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method, destination, and order weight.
Free insured shipping is included for all Aquavra orders.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be required upon delivery.


Insurance and Risk of Loss

All shipments are insured for loss or damage during transit.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the designated shipping address.
For lost or damaged items, customers must notify Aquavra within 7 days of delivery for resolution.


Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Shipments

If your order is lost, damaged, or incorrect, please contact aquavra@gmail.com with your order number and supporting evidence (photos, videos, or carrier documentation).
Aquavra will investigate and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy.
Claims made after 14 days from the delivery date may not be eligible for reimbursement or replacement.


Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or fees levied by the destination country.
Aquavra is not responsible for delays caused by customs or for any additional charges imposed.
Customers are responsible for complying with their local import regulations.


Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
Tracking updates are dependent on the carrier and may not be available in real time.


Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned to Aquavra due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
Aquavra reserves the right to cancel orders that are undeliverable and refund the order amount, less shipping and handling fees.
